Corporates (investors, partners & sponsors) have access to a wide range of different packages, tuned to their visibility goals (on-stage/off-stage) and depth of engagement in the overall event. Corporates will subscribe the selected package and be shown under four separate sections.

The basic terms of the bundled packages are shown below (Specific requirements will be accommodated, if and when feasible and may entail extra costs)

Partner Investors

  • Admission for two
  • Full participation to the Conference program
  • Admission to restricted areas and/or events
  • Website visibility in the Investors’ section
  • Promotional materials available for distribution throughout the Conference

Investors’ Fee: Euro 1,400.00 plus VAT, if applicable (or equivalent in IOTA, BTC or ETH). Extra admission tickets will be @ 50 % discount to the full retail price

Sponsors

  • Admission for four
  • Full participation to the Conference program
  • Admission to restricted areas and/or events
  • Website visibility in the respective sessions
  • Promotional materials available for distribution throughout the Conference
  • Allocated space (booth, stand or equivalent – indoor or outdoor) to showcase corporate’s offerings

Sponsors’ Fee: Euro 4,800.00 plus VAT, if applicable (or equivalent in IOTA, BTC or ETH). Extra admission tickets will be @ 50 % discount to the full retail price. 

Conference Partners

  • Admission for six
  • Full participation to the Conference program
  • Admission to restricted areas and/or events
  • Website visibility as Conference Partner
  • Promotional materials available for distribution throughout the Conference
  • Allocated space (booth, stand or equivalent – indoor or outdoor) to showcase corporate’s offerings
  • Speakers visibility (keynote speech or panel participation, according to preferences)

Conference Partners’ Fee: Euro 9,000.00 plus VAT, if applicable (or equivalent in IOTA, BTC or ETH). Extra admission tickets will be @ 50 % discount to the full retail price

Technical Partners

  • Admission for four
  • Full participation to the Conference program
  • Naming of restricted areas and/or events
  • Website visibility as Technical Partner (or equivalent) – e.g. location, food & beverage, transportation, off-conference events, etc..
  • Promotional materials available for distribution throughout the Conference
  • Allocated space (booth, stand or equivalent – indoor or outdoor) to showcase corporate’s offerings

Fee: determined on a case by case basis, in cash and/or in kind
